You, our holy Russian land.
- - "Farewell to Slavianka"
The White All-Russian Imperial Tsardom, White Tsardom of Russia (Tzardom or just Russia for short) is a major faction of the Concordiatverse within "The Universal Emergency" multiverse. For centuries the Russian empire fought with the European nations in self-defense, protecting the natural resources from the warmongers and the Slavik people against slavery. The tzars were trying their best to defend the Mother Russia, and for that matter joined the alliance with their long-time friends from the Fylkirate and the finally-stabilized Yuan Dynasty to resist the threat of the Directorate. The Aliens War hit Russia hard, but the smart choice of hiding most of the population and industry, and only defense of their cities and bases guaranteed Russia's continued survival. Now, Anastasiya Alexeyevna Romanova, the young current Tsarevna took the mattle of leadership into her hands to hopefully lead her people towards the peace, but the growth of the fascist Concordiat makes this goal more challenging.

Old Gods in New Lands
The beginnings of the Grand Tsardom of Russia emerged during the age of Nordic viking raids and expeditions that penetrated the lands of Northern Europe. The nordic raiders, later integrated under the Norse system commonly known as the 'Fylkirate' scoured all of Scandinavia, the British Isles and Northern Continental Europe, but their ventures also led them into the Baltic and Black Seas where they encountered the ancestors of the Modern Slavs. Rather than enslaving or exterminating them, Nordic Forn Sidir missionaries and priests instead indoctrinated many Slavs, teaching the tales of Thor, Odin and Yggdrasil, and enlightening the wider Slavic population in the methods of making ships, catching fish in the Arctic seas and improving their way of life. These expeditions penetrated deeper into the tundra and steppes, bringing the religion of Forn Sidir to the wider populace of the Russian territories, where it entrenched itself and remains to this day a prominent faith, alongside Slavic pagan permutation, whilst interjecting Slavic language, culture and customs into the original Nordic tales, such as renaming Odin to Wotan.
The small tribes slowly unified into states who engaged in conflict in order to prove their dominance, gaining and losing ground, forming alliances and federations, of which was born the Kievan Rus, the largest and most powerful of them. The predominance of the Kievan Rus lasted until the 13th century when the Mongol hordes, under the command Genghis Khan arrived and conquered the weak Rus and portions of Europe west of its domain. The subsequent Mongol rule was initially dogged by repression and brutally, but the Khans quickly realized that it would be more beneficial if the Slavs enjoyed a controlled form of self-rule instead serving the Mongol Empire and its successor states as vassals. This marked the start of a period in which Slavic-ruled duchies and grand duchies rose and fall, toiling under the increasingly fractured and weak rule of Mongol successor Khans. The largest rivals were the Grand Duchies of Moscow and Lithuania. By the second half of the 16th century, the Moscow Duchy, ruled by the fearsome and predominant Ivan IV of Grozny, unified the Slavic duchies, founding the Tsardom of Russia, with Ivan appointing himself the First Czar.
Aligning itself with Lithuania, the Muscovy Duchy expanded their domains to the east, as their Mongol masters encroached upon greater Russia, founding new settlements and mines as far as the edges of the Ural mountain range. Whilst antagonism between the Russian nations fractured relations, at times the disparate factions were forced to join forces in order to repel Christian incursions aiming to overthrow the paganistic order and implement a new, Christian one, adherent to their visions of a single God, a thought considered by the Forn Sidir followers as foolish and abhorrent. Following two tumultuus centuries the fractured nations looked beyond their petty differences, prompted by the unification of Lithuania and the Tsardom in the 17th century, forming one large nation in Eastern Europe tasked with protecting the Slavic people from Christian crusades. As well as laying plans to liberate the oppressed slavic peoples of Central and Southeastern Europe, toiling under the jackboot of Christian tyranny.
Ivan Grozny started the procedure of wide-scale reformations and changes that helped the Russian people have a better lives, stablizing their living conditions and fulfilling their needs, such as the introduction of open education to the common people, at the time only four years for kids to raise the overall intelligence of the population. His nickname comes from both his vigor to protect his people from the crusades and his uncompromising politics if the matter was obstructed or outright blocked. After him the Rurik dynasty roughly followed in his footsteps, not a century later replaced by Romanovs who stayed on the throne till the Aliens War.
The great names of the Peter II and III, Katerina II the Great, Velimir and Anatoliy the Iron, all those Tzars greatly contributed to the modern shape of the Russia. Both Peters, father and son, began the massive scale project of expanding their empire to the only place unclaimed by the man; Siberian tundras. Katerina II, who took the title of Tzar after her husband Peter III increased the owned area nearly to the Pacific coast. Under her rule the first direct connection with the Chinese empire was achieved, which started an influx of oriental scholars and prophets travelling between those two great nations to exchange their knowledge, beliefs, as well as opening new trade roudes that went as far as to the Scandinavian Fylkirate. Also she was the first who started addressing the issues of the common people, giving rights and land do farmers over their own farms, compensated by establishing fees for them but still guaranteed their support of the government for the future. It was until Caterine's son-in-law, Velimir of Kharkov, who founded first cities on the beaches of the Pacific Ocean. The trade routes were further expanded and constructed, fulfilling the need for a stable connection between Moscow and Vladivostok, Russian key port city, as well as Irkutsk and Krasnoyarsk, two major towns in Siberia close to the Mongolia.
After his rule came an era of his son Anatoliy who continued with his late father's policy of populazing Siberia as much as possible given the harsh environmental circumstances. But he made his mark into history with the foundation of several new industrial centers across Lower Siberia and countless mines across the vast area. The undertaking was colossal in proportions, with many harships that had to be overcame with ingenuity and typical Russian stubborness. To overcome the permafrost and killing freeze the forests were cut down to make fire, which heated up new, region-unique structures made of stone and covered with frozen ground to make heat isolation. The project repaid itself only after Anatoliy's quick death, sitting on the throne for just only four years, but still earned him the monicker of "Iron Anatoliy". His successors continued in his vision and made it a reality.
Anatoliy's son had to face a test which Russia didnt had to face for centuries. While the Christians were always oppossed to the Pagans and were attacking Russia and the Fylkirate it were mostly weaker attacks as Christians were always preoccupied with its southern and northern neighbours but also among themselves. But now after the turn of 19th century a new threat arose, the victorious French Empire led by Emperor Napoleon Bonaparte. WIP
(( prelude to, and Napoleonic Wars ))
Marshal Gavrila Vitalievich Litkin, 12th Guards Tank Army Commander
A veteran of countless battles in the Ukrainian steppes and Caucasus, Gavrila Litkin sacrificed a lot for Mother Russia, including his good health. A son of lower nobility, Litkin attended military academies and was immediately brought to command forces against the Directorate, having the highest successes leading tanks, Litkin was sent to the Far East to oppose the surprise attack of the Shogunate, clashing his tanks with Imperial mechas. The Aliens War affected Litkin only a lttle, his army only being sent to defend strategically critical bases in Eastern Siberia. Afterwards, Litkin was promoted to a General Marshal and took command of the 1st Ukrainian Front, but he still commands his 12th Guards Tank Army into battle.
|Pjotr Kholodov||A man who has seen the worst of war more times than most, Pjotr Kholodov is the hero of the Russian Tsardom, celebrated by her people and hated by her enemies. As an elite veteran Pjotr is extremely deadly with his prototype, customized Flyorov assault rifle, killing dozens of soldiers in a short period of time, occasionaly using an underslung grenade launcher to shake things up. Tanks should be wary as well, since Pjotr also carries a rocket-propelled grenade launcher to punch through armor. As a hero of the battle-line, all friendly units around him get an attack boost that turns even a squad of basic Volunteers into a dangerous force.|
|Strelet Squad||Being a fire support to the volunteers, the Strelets are regular troops and veterans, carrying light machine guns which they use expertly to suppress enemies and drown them under their fire. They share their experiences with Volunteers and Cadets nearby to push them to greater efforts, and when the situation demands it they can dig a foxhole for themselves as a defensive position, enhancing their resistance while steadying their aim.|
|Whitedoe Tank||Replaces the Reindeer Tank. The Whitedoe is an improved version of the Reindeer, sporting more armor without loss of speed. The mines it deploys are specifically anti-infantry, jumping into the air to spray the enemies with shrapnel.|
|Tarkovsky Tank||Specially designed to engage targets from greater ranges, the Tarkovsky Tank is equipped with all the necessary gear to hit targets with its 100mm gun at ranges beyond any return fire. That, together with the best tank crews that Russia has, means that the Tarkovsky's high cost matches its high performance.|
|Korazin Fighter-Bomber||Replaces the Brawny Attacker. One of the very few jet planes in Russian Frontal Aviation, the Korazin matches the speed of modern fighters and can use its autocannons to rip them to shreds. Their primary role is, however, attacking ground targets, a role which the autocannons excel in, erasing enemy infantry. When something more explosive is called for, the Korazin can drop a big payload of bombs on a designated area.|
General Bronislav Kalinski, 63rd Assault Army Commander
Hailing from the Polish border, Bronislav Kalinski has seen first hand what Directorate is really capable of. At the tender age of 16 he enlisted into the military under a false identity to fight the oppressors. Being assigned to the artillery brigade, Kalinski took a liking to the big guns, and after his dedicated service in the assault engineer division and acts of heroism he became an officer and, shortly after, commander. Immediately after that the Aliens arrived, and Kalinski had to fight them to rescue the city of Omsk, proving his skills despite his relatively young age. Now, with the rank of General and having whole Assault Army under his command, Kalinski is prepared to take the fight to the Directorate and put as much of Southeastern Europe under Russian control as possible.
|Sister Zoyka||Raised in an orphanage and becoming a nun at the age of 14, Zoya, or better known as Zoyka, spent most of her life in the monastery and the small region around it. The dire need of medical personnel on the frontlines made the nuns join the Red Snake companies and tend to the wounds of injured. Zoyka proved to be more courageous than most, oftentimes venturing to the battlefield to take care of soldiers in the trenches and craters. The military noticed this and offered her proper training and equipment to help her fulfill her duty. Troops around her heal very rapidly, making them fight longer than they usually would, and their morale is nearly unbreakable.|
|Belosnezhka Squad||Replaces Siberian Squad. Some women may have hearts of ice, but these women turn others' hearts to ice. The so-called Belosnezhkas are specialists who bring into battle assault rifles and a single frost gun, an infantry artillery piece that fires special shells which after detonating release liquid helium which quickly solidifies. The splash damage and range makes the Belosnezshaks safer during sieges than their male Siberian counterparts.|
|Firehound Tank||An older design that was retrofitted for modern times, the Firehound Tank is a ground infantry eraser, cutting through them with the main turret's chaingun and three machine gun turrets. All weapons may be pointed forward for maximum effect, pinning down enemy units under the bullet storm.|
|Radegast Cannon||A siege tank with a powerful 152mm gun to bust through any fortress, the gun's location in the extruded central structure makes the Radegast Cannon look rather old, but that doesn't change the fact anything on the ground should not take this beast lightly.|
|Battery Airship||Requiring close air support even at times when planes cannot take off, the Russians took some from their airships and refitted them with guns to fill this void. The weaponry makes it ideal at engaging infantry, lightly armored vehicles, and even aircraft, which are targeted by airship's machine guns on top of the balloon.|
|Petropavlovsk Grand Cruiser||Replaces the Orlov Armored Cruiser. A cousin to the Orlov cruiser, the Petropavlovsk went for fewer but larger 254mm guns coupled with AA batteries to give Russia a proper capital ship. With the same astounding armor protection as the Orlov it can easily go toe to toe with any other battleship or dreadnought, and unlike its counterparts it can switch between incendiary super-explosive and armor piercing shells.|
General-Major Rada Anatolievna Durchenkova, 4th Winter Guard Light Division Commander
A prodigy, Rada Durchenkova had it harder than others not because she is a woman, but because she is a small woman. Joining the military as soon as legally possible, the obstacles of her small physical strength were heavy, but it was her bright head and cunning that helped her. And in fact being small made her an ideal candidate for the role of sniper, being trained by Colonel Zaytsev personally. On the European front she was widely known and feared by the Directorate troops, and in the Arabian front she gained for herself the moniker of "Sand Puma". It was right before the Aliens War when she was enlisted into the Winter Guard, and with them she fought in Karelia. There, her tactical skills and genius proved through, and as the youngest person to ever become commander of one Winter Guard division. Without the experience to lead but the intelligence to win, Rada aims to prove her worth to the new Tsarevna and all of Russia.

He is adept at swimming even in the coldest waters, climbing over the tallest cliffs, firing when still descending via parachute, and planting explosive charges on buildings or the ground as trip mines. Be warned when General Rada calls for his assistance.|
|Vissotoniki Squad||Replaces the Cadet Squad. Instead of the grenade launchers and demo charges of the Cadets, Vissotoniki are equipped with rocket-propelled grenades to demolish tanks from afar. They have smoke grenades as well to cover friendly operations, and on top of that, orange smoke grenades to mark the area for a low-level artillery strike from a single infantry gun.|
|Outrider||Replaces the Protector. Instead of a huge unarmed tank with passenger compartment, the Outrider is a smaller and faster half-track, uniquely having two pairs of wheels with the tracks in-between them. The Outrider can transport two squads and support them with a prototype laser cannon (which in fact isn't a true laser but fires red blasts of violent energy).|
|Sirin AAA||Not only protecting the Tzar's family but also the cities and bases, Sirin is a heavy tracked vehicle armed with two large missiles and targeting radar to locate, target, and destroy all air targets, even the large and heavy ones.|
|Grozny Rocket Gunship||Being inspired by Chinese helicopters and improving on the design, the Russians created this advanced gunship armed with six integrated rocket pods in the wings that bombard the area with many small but weak rockets, or when the need arises, it can use the two rotary missile launchers that rapidly fire special anti-tank ordnance at several different targets at once.|

Reinforced with steel plates and concrete blocks to withstand a tank driving over the trench and save the soldiers inside. Thought flame, chemical and gas attacks will still claim them, only the flames are less effective to the occupants.|
|Autocannon Nest||Simple fast-firing gun with small caliber shells functions as the most basic form of firing defense emplacement. The Autocannon is effective agaisnt infantry and light vehicles just as aircraft, thought its penetration is minimal and larger tanks have nothing to worry about.|
|Air Gun||An unusual weapon that however looses nothing in its lethality, Air Gun blows out powerful gust blasts of compressed air agaisnt incoming enemies. Aircraft are promptly torn that if they manage to survive the blow anything else will finish them, and ground units are pushed away. Only the heaviest units can withstand the effects with minimal to none damage.|

Freezing their enemies with a spray of liquid hydrogen which first slows them down, then immobilizes them in ice, and lastly, kills them with hypothermia.|
|Cossacks Squad||The renowned elite warriors of Russia, Cossacks are users of some of the most extraordinary technologies their timeline could see. Its either the Decay Blaster that causes similar effects like rusting on the vehicles (but not excluding humans) to weaken them, or the Null-Grav Inducer which affects gravity on the target, causing it to helplessly fly into the sky and be targeted by anti-air or flying allies.|
|Zaytsevik||The best sharpshooters handpicked from the battlefields and undergoing the Sharpshooting School under colonel Zaytsev, Zaytseviks are solitary specialsits who can, even without a scope, hit a target 400 meters away, let alone with scopes. The rifles are customized to enable anti-material bullets which don't necessarily destroy vehicles, but the continous hits close to the view ports can immobilize the vehicle for a time when the ammunition lasts. Even at closer distances they can be dangerous, but their lack of proper protection makes them more resistant to damage.|
|Winter Guard Squad||The protectors of the Tsar, his family and households, the Winter Guard are the best of the best in Russia, undergoing nearly inhuman training regimes to operate anywhere in any condition. The main turret in the center can deal with enemy armor with it's 105/120nmm shells, and the missile rack on the back can make short work of aerial threats. And of course, a set of machine guns on the side pontoons and secondary turrets can suppress infantry damage helicopters nearby.|
|Greyfox Fighter||While it is outdated compared to its contemporaries in other countries, the Greyfox is the fastest piston-engine fighter in the world that can keep up with enemies more with its armament and agility than speed, carrying 3 20mm autocannons to rip anyone that gets within range and two anti-air guided missiles to hit those who get away. Greyfox pilots have learned all of the special acrobatic moves that enables them to evade even the most relentless missiles.|

|Leshy||The flying war machine that brings fear into hearts of even the bravest of Russia's enemies, the Leshy is a giant battle helicopter armed with two twin 57mm autocannons, rocket pods with high explosive warheads, AA missiles, and the most dreaded weapon of them all, an 85mm Gauss cannon on the bottom, capable of smashing tanks while not tearing the helicopter itself from the recoil. The experimental and prototype status on the Leshy makes it one of the most expensive weapon systems in the Tsardom, but its weaponry is worth the insane cost.|
